Tasks are actions that need to be completed for an inquiry/enquiry, such as:

  • Calling a parent

  • Scheduling a tour

βž• How to Create a Task from an Inquiry/Enquiry Profile

  1. Open any Inquiry/enquiry

  2. Click on Create Task

While creating a task, you can:

  • Assign the task

    • To yourself

    • Or to another staff member

  • Set a due date

    • Helps ensure the task is completed on time
